Overrunning Alternator Pulley

Reduce the vibration and tension of the pulleys, decrease belt slippage, reduce the tension force and tensioner travel, decrease the load on the generator bearings, extend the life of the entire system, and reduce noise

Water Pump Pulley

Connected to the engine via a belt, the power from the engine is transmitted to the water pump, converting mechanical energy into hydraulic energy to power the hydraulic system. This drives the water pump to operate, propelling coolant through the engine's cooling system, aiding in heat dissipation and preventing the engine from overheating.

Fan Pulley

Transmit power to the car engine fan. When the fan rotates, it generates suction, accelerating the airflow in the axial direction. This accelerates the cooling of the coolant flowing through the radiator core, while also cooling the engine body and surrounding accessories.

Timing Ring Pulley

Provide signals to the speed sensor, which then passes the signals to the ECU. Upon receiving the signal, the ECU controls the engine's fuel injection and ignition.

Tensioner Pulley

Adjust the belt tension, maintain appropriate tension, and sustain power transmission.

Idler Pulley

Change the direction of transmission, reduce friction loss, increase the distance of transmission, adjust the pressure angle, make the force on the pulley more reasonable.

Hirth Profile Pulley

By engaging through the hirth profile interface, the torque from the central drive gear is transmitted, thereby transferring the high torque load to the crankcase. Engines with moderately reduced displacement can maintain the power output of their class while achieving better fuel economy and emission levels, with fuel consumption reduced by 10%.

Spring Cup

Working in conjunction with the crankshaft vibration decoupling pulley and the arc-shaped spring, it can address frequent start/stop operations, reduce the pre-tension and frictional losses of the belt, thereby minimizing the emission of carbon dioxide and achieving the effect of energy conservation and reduction in fuel consumption
